There were six Bronte children, five females and one male. The boy's name was:

The first person to name the correct boy's name will win a packet of cabernet jelly! So be quick!

Alex's cabernet jelly with fresh berries
This featured as dessert for a club meeting on 'Skin Lane'.
A delightfully old fashioned and whimsical dessert and much appreciated by all. Pretty bloody camp, too. I think this would have even made the Brontes crack a smile! Thanks, Alex!
1 packet of cabernet or merlot jelly mix
fresh berries, to serve
fresh cream, to serve
Make the jelly according to packet instructions and pour into a ring mould. Allow to set in the refrigerator.
To serve, turn out the jelly onto a serving platter and tumble over fresh seasonal berries.
